Why this project was a fit for the property

What we did
Pre-replacement moisture survey identified saturated insulation in several sections. Tear-off of the existing membrane and saturated insulation. Insulation upgrade to current Title 24 R-value. New TPO single-ply membrane installed with cool-roof rating. Full flashing replacement at all transitions and roof penetrations. Mechanical equipment removed, supported, and reset on the new system. Work sequenced to keep critical sections weather-tight at the end of each working day. Tenant notification coordinated with property management throughout.
